Hello Wildlifers!
Welcome to The Wildlife Society at ESF.
We are affiliated with The Wildlife Society, whose mission is "to represent and serve the professional community of scientists, managers, educators, technicians, planners, and others who work actively to study, manage, and conserve wildlife and habitats worldwide."
We hope to provide a similar type of service here at SUNY ESF by organizing trips to assist and observe field technicians and biologists, holding training sessions, providing opportunities to attend certification workshops, attending professional conferences, resume and interview workshops, arranging for professionals to give talks, and many other things.
Current happenings can be found under the Meeting Minutes tab, and Upcoming Trips will constantly be updated, so check back often.
We are always open to ideas of things to do with our members, so feel free to email us if there's something you would like us to arrange!
